Holiday Park Communal Spaces

 This visualisation project explored improvements to the communal areas of an owners-only holiday park. The proposals brought together an upgraded play area, outdoor seating, revised parking, clearer pedestrian routes and a dedicated recycling area to create a more attractive and useful shared environment.

Architectural CGI and landscape detailing were used to show how planting, sleeper planters, natural materials and a softer colour palette could integrate the new features with the existing buildings. Particular attention was given to circulation, visibility and the relationship between play, seating and parking, creating a practical, family-friendly setting that could be understood before work began.
