Yes. I’m based in East Yorkshire and work with clients locally and across the UK. Many projects can be developed remotely through online meetings and shared project information.
I prepare drawings and supporting visual information for planning applications, including site layouts, access proposals and other project-specific plans.
Yes. 3D visuals can be included alongside design, spatial planning or planning application projects to help explain layouts, design ideas and wider proposals.
Yes. I can work alongside in-house teams, manufacturers, architects, planning consultants and contractors, either on individual projects or as ongoing freelance support.
Costs depend on the scope of the project, timescales and level of support required. Fees are discussed and agreed before work begins.
