This project involved the complete internal transformation of a derelict former toilet block into Pendine Bay’s new central guest and staff facilities. I completely reconfigured and redesigned the interior to create a reception lounge, sales office, staff room and supporting spaces, with the new layout developed to improve circulation, visibility and everyday functionality. Warm timber finishes, bespoke joinery, layered lighting and branded detailing create a relaxed, hospitality-inspired environment that gives the building an entirely new purpose and strengthens both the arrival experience and Pendine Bay’s identity.
Alongside the interior design, I also produced a series of CGI visuals for part of the wider park development. The park layout and positioning of the holiday homes had already been designed and were supplied to me; my role was to create the 3D visuals, bringing the proposals to life through materials, landscaping, lighting and atmosphere.
