Luxury Lodge Development

 Developed while working at Catfoss Modular, this luxury lodge scheme brings together a complete site masterplan with a coordinated range of lodge types and internal layouts. The development was carefully planned around the natural low points within the site, incorporating new ponds as central landscape features alongside access routes, parking, pedestrian pathways, reception facilities, play and picnic areas, and a dedicated dog-walking route.

Each lodge type was designed from the ground up, with layouts ranging from one to four bedrooms and configurations tailored to different guests and locations across the site. The project is presented through a mixture of early concept imagery and high-quality 3D visualisations, showing its progression from initial site and lodge planning through to a more resolved vision of the architecture, landscape and overall guest experience.
