Stargazer

Designed for Away Resorts in 2021 during a 12-year design career at ABI UK, Stargazer was an entirely new model created for the brand’s Exclusive range and a coastal development in St Ives, Cornwall. The concept was developed to stand apart from a traditional holiday home while responding sensitively to its seafront setting, combining a muted coastal palette, natural finishes and a calm contemporary character.

The layout was designed to maximise views, natural light and the connection to the surrounding landscape. A distinctive roof structure, large picture windows, rooflights and sliding doors create a bright and open interior, while the sociable kitchen, spacious living area and feature master suite introduce a sense of luxury. Durable materials and refined detailing balance relaxed beachside styling with the comfort and quality expected from a premium holiday retreat.
